3 Year Limited Warranty in the business. Here are some of the
benefits of our warranty:

Speed of repairs. If you do need to bring your computer to us for repairs, we tend to it right away. Often times, we can service it while you wait. At the very least, your PC is given the highest priority and is usually back the same or next day. Compare this to the big computer companies that can take many days to get your computer back up and running. |

What is covered. Our warranty covers all parts and labor related to the diagnosis and replacement of those parts for the first three years you own your computer. The warranty does not cover damage due to virus, user errors or software troubles (including Windows). Components that are added on or upgraded to the system are covered under its manufacturer's warranty, not the AT-Plus Warranty. |

Answering questions. Even if you are having a problem with your computer that is not hardware related, call us. We are a great resource to help you fix that problem. We can help you determine what is needed to fix virus problems, software problems and user errors. Even though these things are not covered under the warranty, we are always glad to help you out. |

What you do first. Your first course of action when you are experiencing trouble is to call us. We can quickly identify if your issue needs attention at our office or if it is something we can help with on the phone. |

Data Loss. Your data is very important to us. Because of the complexities with computers, we cannot guarantee the preservation of your data. It is your responsibility to back up your data. |
